Do you accept TennCare or Medicaid?

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — we are actively welcoming new patients of all ages. You can request an appointment from any page on this site, or call (423) 415-1421 during office hours.
What dental insurance do you accept?
We accept TennCare, Medicaid, and most major PPO dental plans. If your plan isn't listed, please call our office at (423) 415-1421 — we're happy to verify benefits before you book.
Do you see children and treat the whole family?
Yes. We provide family dentistry from first teeth to senior smiles. Preventive care, cleanings, sealants, and education for kids are part of our routine practice.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. We prioritize urgent cases — toothaches, broken teeth, lost fillings, and infections — and work to fit emergency patients in the same day whenever possible. Call (423) 415-1421 right away.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM (no appointments during that hour), and appointments end by 4:00 PM. We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. After-hours emergencies should be addressed at the nearest emergency room.
Where are you located?
1421 Armour St., Chattanooga, TN 37412. We serve patients throughout Chattanooga, East Ridge, Brainerd, East Brainerd, Red Bank, Hixson, Ooltewah, and the rest of Hamilton County.
What languages does the practice support?
Dr. Robina Habib provides multilingual care and the practice supports patients from a variety of language backgrounds. Please mention your language preference when scheduling so we can accommodate.
Do you offer Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry?
Yes — Invisalign clear aligners, professional teeth whitening, veneers, and bonding are all available. See our services page for more detail.
Do you offer dental implants?
Yes. We place titanium dental implants to permanently replace missing teeth with a natural look and feel. We'll review options, timeline, and cost during a consultation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit card, debit card, and most insurance. We can discuss payment options for treatment plans not fully covered by insurance — please ask at your appointment.
What should I bring to my first visit?
